Miscellaneous 3






More Resurrection Fern. It is called that because during dry periods this plant will turn brown and all but die out......but only an hour or so after a good rain, it will "resurrect", becoming lush and green once again. I like this shot......the way the new growth and old growth naturally interwine.



Morning dew on a rose leaf.



A sailboat cruises along south of Deer Island.



The famous Golden Fisherman. Hurricane Katrina knocked this thing down and some criminals stole it and tried to sell it for scrap metal. Not sure where it is now or whether it'll ever be restored.
